Malus “Ice Cream”

This simple recipe makes the most delightful summertime dessert!

Malus “Ice Cream”

Serves two
  • 1 can Malus Granny Smith OG
  • 2 oz. cinnamon simple syrup
  • 2 oz. sweetened condensed milk

 

In a small saucepot, bring one cup of water to boil. Stir in 1 cup sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and add 2-3 cinnamon sticks and allow to infuse for 20-30 minutes, then remove. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

 

In a medium-sized bowl, one can Malus Granny Smith OG and cinnamon simple syrup. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk until thoroughly combined. Pour into a ramekin, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least four-six hours.
